Our Fees Are As Follows:

List of Services

• Legal Document Process Service : $250.00 USD Plus Local Notary of 50.00 and expenses in Georgetown Area, Out of Georgetown, $350.00 USD plus expenses and Notary fees, expenses would be Hotel, Food and Fuel Charges. See below.

•  The Notarized Affidavit of Service is 50.00 but if you wish it Notarized by the US Embassy as we would have to make an appointment with the Embassy and wait in line our time for this is an additional $50.00, this is not included in the price of service, thus total costs for a US Embassy notarization is 100.00 USD including our time. Most courts in the USA and other countries accept our affidavit from the local commissioner of oaths, thus you would save 50.00 USD in fees by not requesting the Embassy Notarization.

•  Out of Georgetown including Affidavit of Service is $400.00 USD if we use our local Notary Plus Expenses Depending on distance from Georgetown and if we have to overnight to catch the person that we have to serve.
• 450.00 USD if you request a US Embassy Notary.

• If you wish your Affidavit of Proof of Service in a timely manner you will need to pay an additional 100.00 USD or their current fees charged by Fedex for Courier Service to send it back to you safely.

•  And additional $100.00 USD will be required for each additional day we remain out of Georgetown.

Investigation Fees

•  If more than 20 miles from Georgetown, Hotel, Driving Time and Fuel expenses will be deducted from our retainer which is 85% of the total cost of the investigation.

•  Minimum of 2 days Required for any investigation Less Than 2 Days all fees have to be paid in Advance.

• Our time starts from the time we leave and return to the office.

• Due Diligence : 500.00 USD per Company and 1 Entity as in one Director, Chairman, Manager, Owner (s)

We require a Retainer fee of  A minimum 80% paid in advance on any Investigation case quoted, unless we deem the costs would require a higher retainer, and results of our investigation including  Photos and Reports will be released upon final payment due.

We will negotiate a flat rate if it is feasible to do so. Our fees are $500.00 U.S.D. per day. Minimum 2 days. If we quote you a flat rate of any amount for the Complete Investigation, we require 100% of the Total Flat Rate Quoted to you. We may Negotiate our fees if we feel the Job can be done in less the Quotation for a flat rate fee.

Payment Methods:

For Immediate Service, Payment of Retainer has to be made by Zelle Bank Wire Through

Capital One Bank NA in the United States;

If by Bank to Bank wire through Zelle there are no additional Fees for the Transfer.

If you pay by bank wire, Once we receive a Notification of the wire transfer we will start the Investigation Immediately.

All transfer fees are to be absorbed by the Client.
